playing a $5 tournament with $2500 guaranteed. with onl 66 players left according to site I had 36k in chips and chip leader was on 65k. tournament freezes. re logged back in and tournament is nowhere to be found. while I m on phone to customer support tournamet shows up saying 33 players left and I m about 12th. lady on phone says tournament was cancelled due to connection problems on site and that I ll get refund. does this mean that I m only getting my $5 back or will they spread out money between players left according to chips. bint on hpone couldn't answer me straight. does anyone know??
