Hi. Are hand grabbers allowed by the pokersites (idleminer, spade eye)?
Do they work?

How about poker-edge, is it allowed, does it work?

I do not think idleminer and spade eye are allowed at Stars/FTP, as they do not allow idle hand grabbers. They only allow you to grab hands from ones you are playing at. You should check the individual site's TOS and look under prohibited programs to find your answer. Those are popular programs and I'm sure if they were prohibited they would specifically be mentioned.

I dont really know what individual software does.
But I'm looking for something that saves stats so I can tableselect better. That I have stats on the players before I even play them.

you just want holdem manager or poker tracker, both of which manage your hand history data, has a display of player stats on the table, makes pretty but scary downward trending graphs (if you play like me), etc.

yeah datamining stats for hands you were not involved in is not allowed at stars or FT. both sites have a list of programs they allow and don't allow on their websites...
