I know I played this whole hand wrong but I am interested in opinions on the fold. It felt a little like a bluff, although there are certainly some strong kings in his range here.

fold to raise on flop. probably just check fold flop. aw **** it, fold pre.

also, well played on turn. at that everything that didn't beat you on the flop raise beats you now.

Actually the fold was the only good part of the hand.

You don't squeeze unless you have a specific read on both vils that will lend itself to a squeeze. If you do squeeze you don't 3-bet less than a standard 3-bet as the entire point is to try to get folds.

Sorry I did misread, my reading comprehension ftl. Flop is a call or fold, in a standard raised pot with 100bb I can possibly find a call however we are heading towards pot commitment territory here with top pair no kicker so Im happy with a fold - vil is effectively saying he is happy to play for stacks now and with >200bb stacks I'm not happy playing for stacks with what we have. With the squeeze not working Im very happy to check back this flop and get top pair to showdown as cheap as possible.

Hi guys. I'm new here and don't have much practice online. But from the books I've read it is preflop fold for sure.
