If you're actually winning money in the long run then you are doing well.

If you have the bankroll that you can afford to put $60 down at a table at a time, trust me, you are doing very well, not just in poker but in life. Some people take this for granted. (I'm hoping you have at least a couple thousand dollars - otherwise, move down in stakes). I'm being serious. Some people simply can't afford that.

Keep playing super TAG against super LAG players. Super LAG is a terrible strategy particularly if it's full ring. All you have to do is wait for your good cards and shove it all in preflop (or maybe flop). You'll win some, lose some. Variance.

I play a little poker but I do other things to make a living.

Super "anything" is a bad strategy. Our goal should be to adjust to the table dynamics, sometiems that will mean TAG or LAG or even being a nit.

The answer in poker as always is, "it depends"
