I made an account with FT a while ago. Never deposited / actually played on it.
Recently made another account because could not remember pw to old one but I never put any info in. I got an email from FT asking for me to verify my identity send ID and proof of address. They then told me they closed my newly made account (with rakeback) and allowed me to play on previously made account.
I contacted them and asked if they could allow me to play on newly made account or play on old account and somehow give me rakeback on it.
No response still (boo hoo FT support) so what else can I do to try and come out of this with rakeback?
i did the same thing. i used to have an old account that i never deposited on and made ages ago, but recently made a new account with rakeback. they had me send my id, etc but after all that they let me play on the new one.
