I can not help you as I have no affiliation with Full Tilt or Stars. You should contact Stars Customer Service directly AGAIN.
DO NOT send them the info...until they ask for something.
Unfortunately, I believe you will not have much luck recovering the money since you can not link to the account. It would seem logical that they would be able to track it down on Name and Address alone....but Stars bought FTP.... and maybe info like that did not transfer with the purchase.
