Free equivalent to PT3/HEM

Does any software exist that has the same or similar capabilities and is free? I saw one called fpdb but I couldn't get it to work.

Sorry. I don't know of any.
I bought Poker Tracker 2 back in the day.
And I bought Holdem Manager this past August.
Good programs. Not expensive IMO.

Anyone here want to help me set up fpdb? I tried before and followed all the instructions but it just wouldn't work for whatever reason.

Making your own Excel worksheet (try Google's spreadsheet if you don't have Excel) can help if you're willing to put in the effort ... PT3 and HEM will have the edge in terms of tracking progress per hand and a boatload of stats, but for tracking your balance on a day-to-day basis, and your thoughts on your session (I have a comments section in my spreadsheet), Excel will work fine!
