I saw an email at some point from some player to FT or Stars and it basically asked for them to flip off the doomswitch. What made this very funny was the reply -- which may or may not have been apocryphal -- in which the poker site agreed to do it for a short period since he'd been a good customer for a while.

Anyone know where I can find this? Google isn't helping...

Oh it might not be what you're looking for I don't think this one had them replying that they would turn it off

This reply was something like "well, OK, we do see that you're a good customer/made a recent deposit so we'll turn off the doomswitch but we can only do it for four more heads-up confrontations, then we'll have to turn it back on like everyone else." Or something.
