At Stars what makes more FPP's per hour: Multitabling DoN's ( $1.15 Double or Nothing SNG) or Multitabling Micro Cash Games (0.01/0.02c or 0.02/0.05c) ??

Thanks.

Do you even get any FPPs playing 0.01/0.02c on stars?

you do when the pot is big enough for a rake to be taken, which doesn't happen too often.
So DoNs are probably better.

It's not a huge sample size, but from playing 1700 hands on 5NL 6-max, I got ~50 FPP

DONs much easier as you can also multitable them making them far better

But still, is it actually worth it?

I mean, if I were you I wouldn't even think about what the fastest way to gain fpps is but what you like doing the most at these stakes (and most likely will keep playing longer).

Grinding 1$ DoNs, the best you can probably reach is silverstar status and you would have to put in some serious volume and still play winning poker with killing rake. I mean, to me the benefits of silverstar (which aren't major) would not be worth choosing something that makes more fpps over something you more like doing.
