Does the "20 times" rule apply to ALL speculative-hands or only for pocket-pairs?

Say I'm in LP facing an EP/MP raise with one of: 44, 76s, A6s. Can I call 76s or A6s if the effective-stack >= 20 x raise, as I can with 44?

no, because you're not exactly mining for flush draws
and there's no 20 times rule that really exists
