i would never peel half pot

    either raise or fold

cause we really dont know if our A/K are clean outs

    just c/f or b/f OOP

drawing thin oop(in this case superthin) is the worst mistake you can make in holdem

you could make it with gutshots in a ultradeep game, but not with bare overcards IMO

and then again, b/f is by far the better alternative

It's not a donkbet when you don't cbet. Which you should've done.

    Why check flop?
As pfr you can cbet and maybe take it down even if missed on that flop.

You're right. I misread the hand. I have no idea why I didn't cbet that. I normally cbet that every time.

*edit* On second thought I don't think that is a good flop to c-bet. According THIS THREAD it seems there are more negatives than positives.

C-bet 60% of pot, check-fold turn if villain calls, because he has at least a pair (which will usually require 3 barrels to get him off) or a set.
If you check, you have to fold. You can't float oop with 6 outs.

you should cbet because he is unlikely to have connected and you can take it down. dont forget the 3rd reason to bet - collecting dead money

planning to cbet only one and then giving up is pretty bad on this flop imo, then rather dont cbet at all. We also only have 2 overs no bdoor equity. With the A of hearts would like a flop cbet much more. Its the kinda flop you will get played back a lot maybe not yet at this limit but later.

Not scared of a 1.3 AF fish 'playing back' at me, if he raises that means we're beat.

for AF to be meaningful you need a big sample we dont know how many hands it is. he's 22/11 fishy and its SB vs BB doubt hes folding much. Probably getting played back was the wrong term, more like we dont get very much credit on this flop at all. 1.3 could also be his 3bet btw He seems passive i much rather try to check down, seeing a cheap showdown. Guessing that he checks a lot of hands to showdown that he should not check down. Probably not the kind of player who will fire his KQ type hands here when we check
