I'd add that the crappier the software, the more frequently it will crash when you launch more than 3 tables. This pushes out the regs who want to put in volume.

There's that, but it's also a matter of opinion, Stars in my opinion had awful software which got even worse in the last update they had before I quit online but nobody really says their fields are soft

It may be the case that it was the most stable for lots of people that posted here that just want to be able to 20 table reliably. That makes it good software for them, it doesn't mean it is for everyone else.
