is this the correct fold, i dont put the villain on AQ or AK but maybe A8
his stats were vpip/16 PF/3 AFQ/36

just a wierd feeling i got from the hand, i might also add that im running quite abit below EV atm so i didnt want to lose yet another pot, (a wierd way of reducing variance)

I'd call. Your top pair is often best in that situation, although villian appears to be a better player than 90 percent of the players at those stakes.

He bets 15c on a 50c flop and then half pot on the turn. I dont think he wants to play a big pot or he would definitely be putting more money in. I think you have him beat here.

i suppose over a couple of hands the momey that I'd win would surpass the amount that I would lose,

why call flop and fold turn? what were u thinking when u called the flop?

by folding you LOSE yet another pot.
if you go with this mindset in a hand/session then turn off the PC and go outside, take a walk. you will NOT play your best game with such a mindset and the result will be ----> losing money

my general raise has been .15 preflop and i didnt want to deviate from that

i thought i was ahead on the flop but the turn bet gave me the impression that the villain was pretty certain that he/she was ahead. this is why i dont beleive that he/she had AQ/QK (although definietly possible)
i think the villain hit an 8 (most probably incorrect but that is what i was thinking) and when no face card came on the turn he was certain that he was ahead

You prolly have to call here. He prolly does not lead w/ an ace and prolly not 2 pair. These are the things you need to be looking for while you are playing.
