Charts like this are assuming that your opponent is also using a GTO chart when they 3bet you. I'll take a stab at this and say that the K6s and similar hands may have more equity than they would appear if the optimal 3-bet range includes hands like Ace/wheel suited but folds all A6.
But if you are playing against a standard low limit casual player whose 3bet range is roughly AQ+ and 99+ then probably half the calls on the chart become easy folds.
