No stats as I just sat down.

[converted_hand][hand_history]Party, $0.01/$0.01 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 8 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite. View Hand #19884511

SB: $2.61 (261 bb)
MP1: $5.98 (598 bb)
Hero (MP3): $2 (200 bb)
UTG+2: $2 (200 bb)
BB: $4.11 (411 bb)
CO: $1 (100 bb)
BTN: $2.03 (203 bb)
MP2: $1.74 (174 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q A
Hero posts BB OOP, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.02, Hero raises to $0.08, CO calls $0.08, 3 folds, MP2 calls $0.06

Flop: ($0.27) 9 7 2 (3 players)
MP2 checks, Hero?

The reason for not Cbeting here is the a flush draw doesn't fold and a PP doesn't fold, great if I have and over pair, but if I Cbet here i'm most likely getting called. Or is this an obvious Cbet?

Don't post your blinds. Be patient. You do realise that standard winrates are between 0-5bb/100?. If you post your BB every round in MP(just theoretically) your probably knocking off at least 1bb/100 if not more. That adds up to a lot.

We can cbet here fold value if we think villain is the fishy type to passively call with flush draws(yes we want flush draws to call because we beat them) and unpaired big cards. We can also bluff here against fit or fold fish/nits who will fold 33-66(not a fan though).

Readless I check back because we have showdown value and are IP.

We could sit down right away and post though if we have a few fish on the table with decent stack sizes tagged from previous sessions though?

I check this board without a read on the villain as well.

With four hands until the blinds we'd need to have a 25bb/100 edge on the table for this to be true.

It's 3way on the flop, so I just check this.

Check.. all you have are overcards draw... other draws out there have higher equity than you and its 3way.. CO has straight+flush draws in his range and can bluff raise you if you bet.

Thanks guys!

@gamma001 I honestly usually do wait for the BB, I just had a moment of weakness is all. Sometimes it's hard to patient for 2c though.

Don't think about it in terms of money or you'll be making awful river calls because you 'want to know what he had and it's only a quarter'.
