Can anyone using techniques of TMGP 2 help me out please

I've recently read The Mental Game of Poker 2 and wanted to see some examples of how people use these techniques in practice.
If anyone uses them regularly and can share with me to show me how you actually do it would really help me.
I'm talking about people that maintain an A to C game analysis and how you recognize their C game leaks and what all you add to this profile. How you maintain an A game journal and a zone profile and just how you do these things on a regular basis to stay on top of the game.
All I'm asking is a few minutes of discussion on skype. That would really help me.
