What number of buyins do you think are needed to 4table 50nl 6max and when should I take shots at 100nl? Looking to follow a guideline from now on instead of constantly switching between to the two every so often.

You should just switch between them often and get used to it. It's better than switching full time to a limit you're not familiar with. When you feel you can beat it you can start playing 100nl or move down when you feel you don't.

It really depends on how good you are and how well you cope with big swings.
I presume you've read lots of advice on bankroll management. If not, I can't emphasise enough how important it is.

Yeah i've read TONS on BRM but as silly as it sounds im still stuck lol I can comfortably beat 100nl but is it safe to be 4tabling 100nl 6max with say $3000? Im just worried about putting too much of my bankroll in play at any one time as this can increase the swings
