maybe nobody explained to him that a flush must be the same suit, not just the same color.

^ Is there enough action at Bodog to get in volume?
05-26-2010 , 02:24 PM
Just finished playing a fairly short 250 hand session. Finished up about 2.5 buy-ins, I actually ran pretty good, got set over set twice and made from that, I hit my outs and went up against the top of people's ranges so I got paid off pretty well in some spots. More importantly, I was able to fold some of my big hands and not chase the draws which probably saved me some money. I'm winning a little now over PLO10 but not enough to be note worthy.

Here's a spot where if i'm tilted I make a tilty call. I'm not sure about my turn play, maybe i'm supposed to bet more. On the river, I don't really see what hands I beat other than bluffs. It's very possible villain flopped nuts and just slow playing it, maybe he's value betting T9 which would be quite thin. Maybe it's a bad fold, i'm not sure but given that they rarely bluff at micros I think it's ok. His line doesn't really make much sense, but i'm not sure what hand he's trying to value bet here that isn't a straight, value betting set of 8's is just too thin I feel, it could be a bluff of course.

For the most part yes... sometimes you'll have to wait list for tables..but generally there are enough tables going for you to 4 table (which is the max at bodog).

short answer no probably. but look how soft!!! haha. i got everything set up for my bodog but theyre being ***** about depositing and my ride is in the shop so i cant go get a prepaid visa or whatever.... fml and ice stop posted bodog 25nl hands like that....... it looks like youre playing with people that have involuntary muscle spasms
05-26-2010 , 02:40 PM
It really depends on what you call volume.. so some, a 10-20k hands a month is volume.. and that's def doable at bodog... for those 50k hands+ a month people..... you probably won't be able to hit that.

Lol fishy.. those are your average bodog players.
05-26-2010 , 03:53 PM
My Ness would look a bit better if it had the hands from work in

IMO Cereus is just as fishy, if not worse, but their BBJ rake kills any extra edge that you may have. I'm not sure if Bodog's no rakeback is better than Cereus' BBJ+rakeback.

Heh I know the feeling. Having RB on Cake is pretty sweet. I played on Stars so it was something completely new to me. It's not gamebreaking though imo.

Hey Scherer: re: Monitors

Try looking here for monitors. They look over the net for solid deals.. and you can pick what you want (hdmi/dvi... resolution.. free shipping etc etc).

i did the same thing. i sent them an email and rakebackpros and told them i wasnt playing til i got it because it wasnt fair and i switched to stars. within like two weeks they were like "congrats, you have rakeback" they give it out now fairly regularly actually. just do what i did and youll get it.

Two tabling. Get JJ in vs a aggro villain who loves to valuebet TP huge. 10684 board, I shove over his turn pot bet. Turns over 66. I don't think I played the hand wrong at all.
