Blind defense in zoom/rush with small to med PP

Hi,
I've played a lot of hands life time but I'm new to the zoom variant.
And by filtering my DB I see i'm loosing a ridic amount on blinds (which is normal to lose, but no that much). So I'm kind of reconsidering my strategy for zoom.
So, How do you defend your blinds?
Let's say villain opens a standard 3x from the button and you get yourself
22-1010. What do you think is the best play assuming the villain is:
1)unknown
2)TAG
3)Fish

If there is a fish in bb and im sb im likely to call with most- If someone is likely to sq from bb im more likely to fold or 3bet.
1) fold/ call/ 3bet are all options.
2) fold my low pp or 3bet as a bluff. Call mid pp or 3bet as bluff. 99-10 call or 3 bet thin value.
3) Call most of them 3 bet the higher ones for value.
