Videos? Quizzes? Charts? What's the best way to use it to improve your game?

Well it all depends on your level of knowledge. Are you new to the game ?

Watching videos doesn't necessarily improve our game. We need to take notes and apply what we learn to improve.

The best way to study is the way that you feel helps you the most.
Be honest to yourself.

If you put on a video and then start chatting on your phone, you won't get much better.
If you put on a video and take notes, you probably will.

The best way to improve is enjoy what you're doing and PAY ATTENTION to what you're doing.
This is why taking notes is so big, because it forces you to pay attention.

It's been proven that information is best attained when the situation you're studying in resembles the actual environment you'll be using that skill in as closely as possible.

So studying hand reviews on this forum would be less useful than studying them in an actual hand replayer.

Having someone coach you while you're playing, so you actually get the information and then immediately have to act upon it by clicking the actual buttons is by far the best way to learn quickly, but it's probably too expensive.

So when studying, try to re-create the environment you're actually playing in as closely as possible.

This means quizzes are probably better than videos, depending on how the quiz is structured.
If it's just some text, then no.
If it has an image of the actual table, then yes.

I would recommend Dr Patricia Cardners book “Purposeful practice for Poker”. I just finished reading it and after applying some of her approaches I’ve seen a great increase in the areas I’ve decided to work on.

Poker coaching specifically, this site has a lot of great content but like any content library it’s hard to know what to do unless you know what you want to work on. As a beginner I’d say go through the fundamentals first and get pretty good at all of the concepts there. But don’t just watch the video and expect to be great. Watch a video, take notes on key points as you watch, try to think of other situations those concepts apply to and try to write down the key notes from memory after you’re done to test how much you retained.

If you’re not a beginner or are comfortable with the fundamentals, pick your biggest leak (Bb defending, 3 betting, Cbeting, overall blind play, etc) and watch the videos on these subjects, taking notes. Try to understand the why behind it will get you farther than just making flash cards. And then put that knowledge into practice by focusing on that one subject on the felt and off the felt during drills and hand reviews.

Putting in a lot of time off the felt will do you well on the felt. Good luck!
