Try posting that question in the HU NL forum and you will probably get better answers.

Or in the books and publications forum.

A good book on HU is prob this though.

And the same author wrote the bible on sit and gos called Sit and Go strategy by Colin Moshman.

Yeah, Moshman's book is the one you are looking for. I think it covers both.
