This really was an epic read, provided some great info. really looking forward to mixing alot more plo into my grinding sessions.

on the BRM front, I got $100 in my stars account, is this ok for 5plo? I am goin to play 2nl until im comfortable i know what im doing.

does anyone use omaha manager or some other form of tracking software?

The 20 buy-in rule is for hold'em. PLO has a lot more swings. Most people feel you need 100 buy-ins to get along in PLO.

HEM's Omaha Manager is excellent. (But if you're already using HEM for Hold'em, I guess that'll come as no surprise )

Wow! Thank you so much for this. I've played a little Omaha and really like it, but was not doing very good. As earlier poster said, I have also been folding a lot of draws I should have played and not betting as aggressively as I should have. Once piece of information I read somewhere before said to really be selective with Omaha hands and to play less hands, but was not as specific as to what hands to wait for. Great info!!
