I can't really search right now, but look for Shaun Deeb's guide to playing 180s. It's fairly old and possibly outdated now, but it's a damn good read and gives you lots of tips on how to successfully play 180s.

The only real problem I can see you running into is not playing enough tables. Tournament success for the most part relies on putting in tons of volume, so 6-8 tabling might not quite be enough, especially since the 180s take a while to fill up.

My other main piece of advice is not to set goals that are fairly unrealistic, like winning $26k in a year. Monetary goals usually lead to disappointment, and can detract from learning and whatnot. Focus more on volume goals, like saying "I'll play 2,000 180s this year" or something like that instead.
