bankroll question for 2/4, 3/6 HORSE

Hi all,
I'm a frequent reader of 2+2 forums, decided finally do join.
I play mainly 2/4, 3/6 HORSE (preferably 6max, but ring too). I'm beating those games regularly, but I have a bankroll question. In your opinion is 250-300BB bankroll enough for these games? LHE specialists mention 500BB bankrolls, but the level of play in 2/4, 3/6 HORSE is much lower, especially in stud games. I'm no expert but solid agressive play in high ante games on FTP seems to be enough to beat these games regularly.
So, is 250-300BB enough and also what would be your requirements to move to 5/10?
