Sure 30bi is okay (maybe 200nl+ I'd want more) but the cashing out will just make everything take an age. Not worth it.

I've seen this before, and it helps create a cashout process so that we are actually earning something from play poker and rewarding ourselves. This obviously is best followed by people who arnt playing poker for a living and dont need to cash out every week etc.

For someone starting out this a great chart to follow.

E.g.

NL5 - in total we cash out $250 but we dont cash it out all at once, we could if we wanted.
The chart says we move up to 5nl at $150,
We then build our roll up to $250 and cash out $62
leaving our roll at $188, we then build it back to $270 and cash out $62,
leaving our roll at $208, we then build it back to $280 and cash out $63
leaving our roll at $217, we build it back to $290 and cash out $63,
leaving our roll at $227, we build it back to $300 and move up to 10nl.

200nl is a long way away.

I would start cashing out at 25-50nl in my opinion.

Someone posted this in another thread a while back

Apparently the point of cashing out is to force yourself to play a current level for added experience to ensure you're a winner there, in addition to rewarding yourself.

what is the point to ensuring that you are a winner at nl5 or nl10 if your intention is getting to at least nl100 where there is "real" moneythen dont cashout till you are there.

cashing out at the micros and staying there more way more time wouldnt do a lot for your game cause you are still playing with weaker opponents

People that use this cashout method are less likely going to have to drop back down in stakes upon moving up, guaranteed.

But BRM is all relative, obv you can do whatever fits your own personal goals/circumstances/etc

Everyones situation is different, goals are different etc etc.

People can choose which level they want to start cashing out wether its partial or full cashouts at the end of each limit.

I personally have no outgoings from my poker winnings so I wouldnt start cashing out til i was making a substantial amount e.g. at 25nl-50nl.

Depends on skill level, you could get a heater and run your way from nl10 - nl50 doesn't mean your going to beat it, higher you get more buy ins ide say you need. Play what your happy with, and don't play where your not happy to lose that much money at. gl
