if you are not used to playing online, i would nit it up multi tabling nl25

if you do have some background playing online, i would nit it up multi tabling nl50

well said...I'm actually in the same boat as OP. Trying to see if I can actually focus long enough to play online cash.

I have a decent (five figure) bankroll, but I've only ever played tournaments....cash is obviously quite different. If I wanted to play by the standard 300bb rule (limit), I'd be nearly playing 30/60 (which I know I'm not good enough to beat). It's a fine line trying to figure out where the skill edge actually is quickly and adjusting to it. For now I'm playing way way under and just getting used to game-feel type stuff.
