Bad luck or just me? Bad luck or just me?

Recently i've been playing Sit N Gos more often. Ive found that continuously i will make some good decisions after the flop, calling my opponent when he is beat. But then he'll catch a card on the turn or river that completely shifts the game in his favor. I.E Catching a straight / second pair or set. Is there anything i can do to improve my game? Those hands cost me a lot of money.

*** Forgot to mention that those decisions on the flop are usually all in calls. So decision making on the turn and river is obsolete.

hang on a minute.....didn't I have 2 choices according to your title.
.....and I chose the second one. Why so angry then?.

By your description you are getting bad beat after you get your money in good. Well that never happens to me so it must be just you.

depends how strong you are and if it was even worth it to put all your money in while only being maybe a 60/40 favorite. Sometimes in SNGs you have to remember your life is more important then anything. Sometimes dropping the best hand with only a slight advantage is better in the long run because your still in and can pick up smaller more low risk pots along the way to finish in the money. Hope this helps you out a bit
