squeeze vs. fish oop? might not be the best idea. versus fish you do have equity with AJo, and I'd just flat pre, depending on SB's stats. In a typical 3b pot money's most likely to go in here, although I'd prefer a 1/2 pot bet otr rather than shoving because worse hands aren't likely to call here, AT might call here sometimes. some stats would be nice too.
2. Fish donking almost always means they have something. Almost raised flop but I only ever have 1 pair so happy to just call I think although it feels a little passive.
H1, barrel the turn, as played river needs to be bigger.
H2 seems fine.
H3 I'd play this for three streets because it's tough to get stacks in in two. Bet about 60% pot on every street (or jam the river). It's tough to get paid there though - it seems most of my sets are with AA.
Did just play a really fun HU match and I'm getting excited to play again
What do you guys think of my 25NL stats from last month?
I was actually really surprised to see my fold to 3bet%, seems like wtf so high why did I fold so much? Also barely winning anything at BTN is probably just really bad run, can't think of anything else
I'm working 32 hours in one week as a home health aide, and the rest of the time playing at a casino 60 miles away, while living out of my car.
I started really well the first night I went and got my bankroll up to $1200 and decided it would be in best interest to drive 250 miles to a neighboring casino as I had heard the games were very good. I spent 200 on the trip and played terribly mixed with a little bit of card dead. The games weren't as good as at my casino and was either placed at the wrong table or lied to; there was actually a guy who had just placed in a major event and cashed decently sitting with me 2/3 times I played there. I lost all but $200 and so I added $800 to my roll and continued playing at the closer casino.
So far I've cashed $1800, payed a few expenses, and working my shifts and then driving to the casino at night. Once my bankroll is at $15,000 I'm going to quit my job and travel around playing poker.
Yeah f3b% is way too high. Also, cbet is a little low but not a big deal tbh.
Agree with this. Was going to PM you actually but internet has been down until about an hour ago. In particular when we've played I've noticed your ft3b is very high. Makes you very easy to play against tbh, especially IP.
I'd say you're also playing too may hands in BB, but depends how confident you are OOP. You also may be a touch loose in EP and MP, but again depends on your style and postflop skills. From what I've seen of 25nl the table often has one or two LAGs so opening those %s may not be profitable, especially given you fold to every 3bet. Obv your w$sd stat is a bit low too (over 50% is the benchmark I believe) so maybe some better decision making needed there or even on previous streets so you don't get in such sticky spots.
Was just browsing thru my HEM from last session last month and saw this hand.
Villain is completely unknown, just sat down.
I think pretty standard until the turn? How do you play it? Bet for value or check/call, check/fold? If we get to the river, what cards effect your decisions there?
-Like has been said your FT3b is far far too high. Your leaking a massive amount of money from it. I had the same problem not to long ago. I fixed it by working out all my standard ranges in stove(opening, call 3bt IP, call 3bet OOP, 3bet and 4bet ranges) and taking a screenshot of it. Now I have them in flopzilla but its same diff. Make sure as a standard you aren't folding any more than 66% of your range to a 3bet.
A good side effect of this is it helps you get a clearer visualization of your range which is really benificial.
-Your MP opening range is a tad wide id say. Look through HEM and see what hands your losing with and cut them out.
-Flop and turn Cbet is nice and tight good work.
-Flop raise Cbet is too low. Look for spot to raise cbet IP(especially when deep) as a bluff.
-3bet on the button seems a bit low relative to your 3bet stat. Look for more spots to 3bet OTB vs MP and CO openers.

@ dunna, OTT its just a XF. A lot of his range is Ax. Betting the turn will only fold out worse hands(he never has QQ or KK here), XC is a recipe for disaster since you don't know what he will do with any part of his range OTR(besides Ax which he will be betting all the time).
As for pre, i'm fine with calling but if you have reads that make 4betting fine then go ahead.
Was 4 tabling last night, I ended up down on every table...
The tables were pretty aggro - lot more post flop raising than usual.
When playing against aggro players, we call lighter right? Well it didn't work out, and reviewing that hand I think wtf was I doing?
1. Probably worst hand reading mistake all night. Have cut out a lot of calling river raises, but messed up here because villain was aggro I figured he'd do it with worse.
Hero mucks T T (Two Pair, Tens and Eights) (Pre 71%, Flop 9%, Turn 5%) BB shows 8 J (Three of a Kind, Eights) (Pre 29%, Flop 91%, Turn 95%) BB wins $4.26
2. Steal & cbet that went wrong. I put him on a weak ace or Qx when he called flop and checked turn. In hindsight I suppose a flush that hit would play it like this, or even AT.
Hand 1: I think river is an easy fold. Would probably go for check/call here myself if I think villain is aggro, which means he's quite likely to bet most of his calling range and a bunch of bluffs when checked to.
Hand 2: I think sizing says he's got it on the river. You hardly ever have the best hand here. His turn check means nothing as you still had the initiative and he might very well have been aiming for a c/r.
