Villain is pretty much unknown, seems kinda nitty, and fairly passive, but I have like 10 hands on him at NLHE. He plays the other games similarly though, given the still small sample size.

I considered a 3b pre, but I don't think I am necessarily ahead of his range here, and although I haven't seen him facing a 3b my guess is he may call a lot IP. Also, he minraises, lolpotodds says I call here. Right/wrong ?
Flop c/r seemed like the best line for value. I am definitely prepared to stack off here. sizing ?
Turn sizing seemed about right to me (?)
River I considered shoving. Is that better/worse than 75% pot ?

Pf seems fine for the reasons you said. No point 3betting with no reads and bloating a pot oop. If u were SB I'd say fold, but as ur completing it's ok imo.
Agree with flop ch/raise if ur prepared to stack off. U want money in the pot. Sizing is on the large side but i like it considering u say villain is passive. As he's also tight he'll fold his air but can def call with worse draws. I'd rather be aggressive with this draw oop. IP I'd just call.
Turn is good size for value. His range is pretty narrow now tho when he calls to sets and worse flushes. If he is NITty then he'd probably fold his overpairs here
River i'd go smaller and bet/fold around $48. There's only 5 combos of SC we are getting value from and there's should be no way he's calling any overpairs here. So that leaves 9 set combos that just made it otr.
I don't like shoving as that just folds out worse and gets called by better. Make it a size he can make a crying call with imo. If he's as you described he won't be raising you without a boat here ever

If villian floats then I would consider c/c river as an alternate line. imo flop sizing seems pretty awesome.
there goes my $0.02, from a 5nl reg :P
Heh, April came and surprised me before I could get back to this.
I think a minraise in these games is a cheap steal, or a cheap attempt to see a flop, or very occasionally a trap for a 3bet to 4bet over.
My reads were very limited, but he didn't seem the aggro type, so I didn't think he was trapping.
AE and mikes007 have convinced me that 3bet or fold is a better line vs an unknown. I don't think my line of calling $2 here in a pot of $7 is a huge mistake though.
Flop c/r was big, but his bet was pathetic, so I was making up for that ...
I was pretty happy with my turn/river play. I don't think he has a boat here much at all, as he will 3bet the flop if he has a set most times.
As it turned out my read was kinda wrong. He is a passive station type, but not so nitty maybe.
He had Q
T
and paid me off, which was the plan.
