Why not get pokertracker or HEM? Anyway I do believe there are such excel spread sheets, if you look around, but I don't have them.

Excel is for people starting out playing online poker i would suggest getting PT3 its way better

Well ya, and so is HEM, but he asked about Excel probably because he is starting out. The fact that this is the beginner forum and his reg. date kinda led me to that conclusion.

With PH out there in beta stage for free, there's no excuse not to have some type of tracking software if you don't want to get PT3 or HEM.

I believe PT3 has a 60 day trial.
try it, learn from it. if you like it, then buy it.

not sure about HEM, might have some trial also.
