Hi guys I'm Adam I have been playing for a while now with a few good tourney results. I'm mainly a cash player but I'm a losing player and I think there are only a few things that I need to do to improve. I am always looking for the edge to 'beat the curve' and sustain a bankroll, for example keep to a routine play 9am- 5pm going swimming. meditation, taking regular breaks. My roll is a 1000 and I am 4 tabling 0.05/0.10 for 2 tables and 0.02/0.05 for the other 2 as this allows for 300bb. I have pokertracker and I know your probs busy grinding but is there anything you would advise or that would help me sustain my bankroll and hopefully beat the microstakes. I go under the screen name of liveplayer11 on tilt and 1bensonator on stars ( I have not played on stars for a while tho) I hope you can help me out and I would really appreciate it.

I think it's important to start at the beginning in order to get the fundamentals right:
