Advice on playing super deep in Rush PLO.

So i've recently been parting fools with their monays at rush plo 10, the only problem i'm having is that when i get super deep. i.e. <400bb i stop doing the things that build my stack in ther first place and turn into a nut peddling super nit.
How can i get better at playing super deep, is there any decent threads/books that i should read, or should I simply just rejoin the tables with 100bb.
I know, this maybe slightly vague, but any advice/thoughts are appreciated.
