How would you turn 50$ into 1k$ in a week after a 2 year break?

Move down to $10nl (prolly roughly equivalent to what the $50nl games were like two years ago).

If your really being serious about turning 50 into 1000 then you need to find a different timeline.

I wouldn't be able to turn multiply my roll by x20 in that short of a timeframe because I'm not that good, that lucky and I use bankroll management.

Basically your goal is a bad one and your only chance is to throw brm out the window which means you'll have to have no fear and be fully prepared to lose the lot. Are you?

It doesn't double every time because effective stack size doesn't double along with hero's stack size.

Yes - The idea behind this 'challenge' is to raise as much cash for some medical bills that need paying asap.

BRM will obviously need to go out the window and I realise that I'm going to have to run hot.

Anyway, an update - BR is at $98. (100% 10NL)

ok taking this seriously.... not sure why.

HU cash or HUSnG would be your best bet at trying to run up a BR. HU cash your gonna go broke so many times it's not even funny so I wouldn't bother.

HUSnG you could try and crank out some volume at the $7 turbos and hope to run well. Then take shots at the $15s then $30s etc. In all seriousness that's about it with such a small BR and you'd be hoping to run like god.

Thread seems stupid, but people are doing this all the time. I ran up a tiny $20 BR I had wasting away on a euro site to approx $400 in an evening playing HUSnG while drunk. I then busted it, but it was actually a pretty fun way to spend a night. Tighrope walking on the risk of ruin is not for the fainthearted though, and not if the money means a lot to you.

by the way, my above advice is awful and I fully endorse proper BRM in most cases
