folds around to me in SB. I have 4c6c. BB has only 1 small blind more than me. we are 20BB deep. antes are in the pot. 7 left and top 4 paid.

could hero shove here? i watched fedor holz do it with some other trash against icke haxton right on the bubble.

We could fold, call, raise normally or jam, and there could be an argument for any of them dependent on circumstances you didn't bother to mention

FWIW, if you try to play low buy-in tourneys like Fedor Holz plays in high rollers, you'll get destroyed. (disclaimer: I'm assuming that your touney is low buy-in since you're posting in BQ)

20BB is too big of a stack to be considering an open shove.

As mentioned, there are circumstances where it's a decent hand to raise and there are circumstances where I'd fold.

The relevant information you are missing is the stack sizes of every player at the table, at least approximately, the payout structure, the size of the ante and your reads on the BB. Some other stuff like reads on other players at the table and whether or not the blinds are going up soon could also have value, but it’s not as important.

20BB is a fine nash shove with antes. Means you also need to shove the whole nash range and not minraise aces.
