3bet from the blinds [micro stakes]

Hello! I am reviewing my database and I have found some inconsistency from the blinds. What is the normal 3bet % from sb and bb? I have 170k hands for 5 nl and 10nl. My 3bet from SB is around 9 and from the BB is 11. Is this normal? If it is not, what does a normal 3betting strategy look like ?
