The games up to $100PLO continue to be soft. Many NLHE players think that because they know hold'em they can beat PLO.
The only real caveat I'd pass along is you need a bigger than normal bankroll. PLO is a variance-heavy, swingy game. Be prepared for a rollercoaster.
