Don't make moves just because you have the big stack at the table. That's more of a tournament strategy than a cash game strategy, just keep playing the same way that got you that stack.
Your play shouldn't change based only on your stack, but the stacks of the other players as well.
Once the effective stacks are 200bb+, i open up my preflop calling range, and try to play bigger pots with suited connectors and AXs. These hands are easier to play than things like AKo once you get deep.
Bluffing more can easily backfire as your opponents are going to have better implied odds to call your bets/raises, and you, theirs.
Hands like 45s go up way in value once your deep as apposed to TPTK as the only hand that is going to give you action is one that is better.
