Im pretty sure i saw them all now that you haven't provided anything new, i think there is ample evidence that sklansky might be a weird and creepy guy, and zero evidence hes a criminal or would use book income for criminal activity. I have some bad news for you buddy, if you can't get poker advice from weird and creepy guys youre prob never gonna get much poker advice. I actively welcome all weird and creepy guys who have new poker information that can help me make more money to look me up.

There’s nothing new cause she’s dead and the threads are deleted.

I don’t agree. I think he is much weirder and creepier than pretty much everyone in poker. U saying that is minimizing what a pos he is. Don’t think he should be welcome here have to draw the line somewhere.

the craziest thing about that post and the thread that followed is how nice people were on 2p2 in 2007. mind boggling.

Do people still play poker ?
How does crypto, stocks, social media income, and biz side hustle culture
affect attracting the next gen of poker kids in college/20s ?

A large field tournament would be your safest place I’d guess. But you’re still going to be playing against bots and rta. Cash games are all that and collusion. Not to mention if the site isn’t fully legal everyone will get “full tilted” sooner or later or worse!!!

Every high end “game improvement” golf club made in the last 5 (maybe 10) years basically maxed out all the usga allowances for technology. There is no reason to buy the newest model of anything when you’re starting out. If you have top end clubs that are 5 years old you have everything you need.

Lessons are good but be sure to get video lessons. Seeing yourself and being able to review what you’re being told is very important.

Important!!!: if you are left handed get right handed clubs and if you are right handed get left handed clubs. I just made your golf life 1000x easier. You owe me!!!!

poker is a dying world. the only thing that keeps it limping along is prohibitions being lifted in a piece meal way across america. In 1998 if a rich kid came in the casino he was 100% guaranteed fish with no access to poker experience, now if a rich kid comes in a casino he has almost assuredly watched videos and played online (and there are very very few rich kids in poker rooms any more). there is no fresh meat in poker anymore at decent stakes above 5-10nl, DAILY games above 5-10nl are basically dead. the average age of real fish is prob above 60 and they aren't being replaced. games where a really smart hard worker can make something commiserate with their talent level and real world earn (250k+ a year). looking towards poker as a "career" in 2024 is a fools errand.

Yes ok.

But that does not change the fact that he played the last time online anno 1996 and his opinion on this is completely irrelevant.

Imagine a Granpa talking about having a clue about modern smartphones because he was using landline phones years ago and was able to talk. Thats basically limon talking about online poker 2023.

Except grandpa was correct as always. A cursory glance at the stakes being played made it obvious there was no massive “cheating scandal” going on. It was a dork running a prank on micro stakes. No money was stolen, all money returned. It might have even been a competitor using a hack they knew to cause people to move sites. That won’t work though because idiots playing in grey market sites are well, idiots. They get what they deserve.

I am your intellectual superior in every measurable way known to humankind so Run along now child. You are not wanted here.

Seems to me like there are still fishy rich kids or businesspeople with money to donk off in live poker these days, even with the greater access to study materials. That stuff being out there doesn’t necessarily mean weaker players are gonna be able to digest and apply it competently. Eric Persson has probably watched a ton of videos but he’s still really bad

I would guess that less of them are just showing up to casinos to play, and more of them are playing in private games. So I would assume that anyone not socially shrewd/willing to kiss ass is gonna have a tough time these days playing live for any relatively significant stakes

But I agree that pursuing poker is stupid for anyone with the ability to generate a mid six-figure income in other ways. The ceiling for most people without connections and very sharp social skills is prob gonna be low six either live or online, and that’s with putting in a lot of work

What i meant is that his opinion does not matter since he has no first hand experience and no real knowledge of what he is talking about. I never said those problems do not exist.

No, only 29k were returned. And no, 125 dollar buy-ins are not micro stakes online. For an intellectual superior u seem to have a lot of problems reading and understanding things.

No massive cheating scandal going? You know that this could be only the tip of the iceberg? Superuser on the biggest site atm not enough for u? A competitor playing games? Damn u are not even clueless but flatout stupid.

You can’t point to televised/streamed games. These games have multiple hosts, appearance fees, sponsorships and are heavily heavily curated. They are not remotely indicative of what is going on in the real world of poker. Other than any game with big whales nowadays is like private because POKER IS DYING.

You’re correct I have no firsthand experience of being cheated on a grey market poker site because I am not a ****ing re+ard Ahhahahahahahahahha. I would rather get advice from people who aren’t stupid enough to deposit money on grey market poker sites and whine like little bitches that some 14 year old found an exploit at microstakes and cost them $1.60 cents that has already been returned. Lolololololol. Now go away idiot. No more advice for you. Go lose your money to Dan negraneu and pay his millions while I laugh in your face at getting botted and rta’d all day long. Hahahahahahahhahhahaha.

Do you think GA was wearing prosthetic forearm when trying to signal the floorman (most likely for a date) in the infamous J4 hand where he was throughly humiliated when Robbi called his weak bluff? Thanks in advance for your insightful and thoughtful response to my question that is based in fact and irrefutable evidence.
