Hello.
I play on pokerstars EU.
I see wrong amount of rake. Support confirmed that I generated 10$ rake during one session, but hand2note shows it is 13.55$.
I exported all hand to other tracker and there amount is correct.
What can be wrong, where I can fix it?

Hello,

First please check Hand2Note version:

Spoiler:

Please make sure that you are using the latest Hand2Note version which is 3.3.1.32


This option should be turned off to receive required room updates automatically:(In case if it was turned On , please turn it off and restart your Hand2Note)


If your Hand2Note version is older than 3.3.1.32 please use this guide to update your Hand2Notehttp://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Upda...rsion-updating



Please check PokerStars client Build number version , should be 45000 or newer

In case if you are playing also other currency tables like Euro or Pound tables. You need to configure manually currency conversion rate in Hand2Note settings and then to rebuild the statistics.

You can do that in Hand2Note->Configurator->Others->Currencies



If that won't help.

Please make the following screenshots:

1. Hand2Note Configuration -> Autoimport settings

2. PokerStars Hand history settings and tournament summaries settings if you are playing tournaments.

3. Hand2Note Configuration-> HUD settings first part

Everything looks ok, H2N up to date, pokerstars client as well. I reseted stats and it didn't help

I recommend that you specify exactly the same auto-import path in H2N

this is only subfolder with my nickname, shouldnt affect wrong rake calculation. But changed it and still problem exist

if you need you can export them using this guide http://hand2note.com/Help/pages/Expo...HandHistories/

Please import them into the new database and make a screenshot in reports to see your net won, amount of hands and rake generated.


Also screenshot of your currencies settings in Hand2Note.

FYI: problem exists on NL25z tables (don't know whether on regular as well). Eveything is ok on NL50 regular tables

Hi, I didn't say that this would fix the problem, but it could cause issues with auto-import.
