Although I began using the software the same day I began playing on ACR, the total money won is significantly less than I've won on site.

While playing a session last night, the software literally skipped over a bomb pot, despite the HH being in the stack. In fact, when I reviewed the sessions' hands right afterwards in H2N , the bomb pot hand was missing and there was a 2 minute gap from the end of previous hand until the start of the next non-bomb hand.

Is this a common issue?

Hello,

Yes, WPN network bomb pots are not supported. Most likely supported will be added only in Hand2Note 4.

OK, although I can't imagine it would be that difficult to update the code to fix this.

Probably, if it was easy to add, then the developers would definitely add this feature to the program.
