Slow importation on Hand2Note

Hi,
I got myself a new computer and i installed H2N on it. I copied my old Config folder from my former computer to have all the settings i had.
I'm now trying to import hands, and im surprised that it's really slow :
20h/s is pretty slow, im very surprised because this new computer is supposed to be pretty powerful.
As you can see in this image, the computer doesnt seem to be struggling at all, but still the import is very slow.
Any idea what's going on ? I remember that import on H2N used to be very fast on my previous computers, thousands hands / s ...
