I am trying to look up specific played hands within Statistics tab (range research), but it only shows the loading sign.

Hello Robiak!

We're sorry about this situation. Could you please specify the version you're using If it's 4.1.86, please, rebuild your statistics via Database -> Clean and Rebuild Statistics.

If your version is older, update it first and then rebuild your statistics via Database -> Clean and Rebuild Statistics.

It is 4.1.87. Tried to clean & rebuild but that didn't help.

Could you please zip and send your logs folder: C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4.1\logs to [email protected] We'll review your logs files.
