Hello,

whenever i use H2N i cannot type "d", "f", or "g" in player notes or chat.
even when i test out a new HUD profile with 1 stat and zero hot keys.

I have used these letters as hot keys in the past.... but now I cant seam to fix, perhaps a glitch i can reset?

What room do you play on? The poker room also requires to be run as administrator.

Hello. Could you please clarify, perhaps you are using some additional tools during the game? For example, for table layout or Starscaption?

apologies. I run both the Pokerstars PA and the H2N as administrator. I do not use any other tools

OK - i realised i didnt really think through my inquiry.... I have not been using the H2N notes ---- it is the poker stars player notes (and chat feature) that i can not type into.

ALSO i wasnt sure - but i have verified it does have something to do with hot keys. since the issue i have been using numbers as my hotkeys and those also seem to be not able to type. for example hitting 2 on my keyboards shows more HUD stats but i cannot type the number 2 in the chat or player notes (the player notes within poker stars PA not the H2N player notes)

Hello. If we understand you correctly, you are using the hotkeys in Pokerstars, but they are somehow triggered in Hand2Note, even though they are not added anywhere in Hand2Note, correct?

In that case, please try activating these options in your Pokerstars settings:
