Help with Stats

Hello - I am wondering if I need the premium version to use stats that involve players hand strength?
I play on PokerStars so there is also the possibility I am not allowed to use it on that site (Dynamic HUD, and Positional HUD are not allowed).
For example, the "Bet Flop Strong" stat does not work.
