Hands Imported and Sessions all negative in PartyPoker

I've been playing SNG 9men at Party Poker and I imported the hands to partypoker, using my game export function...
but it looks like not all hands are imported from all tournaments
and even when the table finishes fast and I have the final result of winning the tournament, the session ends in red.
like this tournament where I won at the end, but the result is red.
Is there a way to fix this ?
