Try not to close the window and wait for 15 minutes. If the issue persists, then could you try the following:
1. Check your internet connection.
2. Disable antivirus or add the Hand2Note folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4\ to your antivirus exclusions

3. Reset your router.
4. Disable or enable VPN if you're using one.
5. Make sure to run Hand2Note 4 as an administrator.
