hand2note 4 broken

when i try to open hand2note nothing comes up on my screen. the app still runs and takes data but it is impossible to actually click into it. you can see from the image I am hovering over app and nothing is coming up only a blank screen. I restarted my computer, left it for 3 days and then deleted and reinstalled the programme but still the same problem. Anyone have this happen to them or know the solution to fix?
