I'm using the trial version. I thought I downloaded my DB from PT4 correctly but I don't see any hands/stats when I pull up the "Results" page. I haven't touched the filters yet.
i exported to a folder on my desktop and set H2N to import all the individual files. and it looked like it did that. But I still see nothing when i look into reports>results with a date range covering the past year.
I can't help but think I'm not using the interface right. Should I even be seeing anything in results if I leave all the defaults where they are?
If you can see list of players in the main Hand2Note window, it means import was successful. Perhaps you do not select Hero to see reports. Please read these instructions:
