when I play on Chico network the hand history is imported to H2N automatically.

I havent any auto import folder in H2N. How is it possible?

And how can I imported my old hhs from laptop folder?

You can just import whole C:\Hand2NoteHH\ folder.


Chico original format unfortunately is not supported.

Hand2Note gathers hands from Chico process automatically. Hands which you have played on chico using other tracker or just without any trackers are not supported. There are some converters available on the market. One of those is Kingshands converter. I think it can convert Chico original format to Hand2Note format in case if you need it.

Yes, I have KingHands converter but I have duplicit players then. Converter converted to 888 or ps format. And your H2N exported to Chico format. Then I have every player in2 formats. Example in screen.

If you have some problems with converted hands, please contact developers of your converter.

For some reason hud on SportsBetting does not work in H2N3, converter is enabled,version H2N3 3.3.1.62, English version , кebooted the system, played 50-60 hands. I read, it seems, automatically should be imported, I did not create any folder. What can be the problem?

Hello, could you please do the following:

1. This option should be disabled, if enabled, you should disable it, and then click on Save:




2. Next, close all poker rooms first and then Hand2Note.

          3. Go to folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\integration\ and delete these 3 files:



4. After that, add H2N and the Room folder to Antivirus exclusions.

5. Launch Hand2Note -> wait until all updates are downloaded -> Run Chico as administrator.
