Hi, I have a problem resetting my password.
The link does not send any e-mail, nor I can log with the previous password.
I tried to delete cookies, change browser, even change devices...but nothing happens.
I wrote to the support but surprisingly they say they can't help me and they are not answering anymore lol

Hello, perhaps you are entering the email and password from the Hand2Note 3 website on the Hand2Note 4 website? Please note that you have to create a separate account for the Hand2Note 4 website, as the login details from Hand2Note 3 will not work.
